My husband & I made a stop in Colmar on the way home that has been on my list over the past year...finally. 😮We bought the 6 pack and chose the Original, Lemon, Dubai Chocolate, Pistachio Butter Cream & White Hazelnut, Wild Blueberry Lavender Lemon, and Nutella Orange Cannoli.🤯💥They are not kidding when they say "An explosion of flavor in every bite!" We met Dimitri, one of the owners, and he was personable. Service was fast. He let us know about the options including the special weekly creations. He also let us know they are working on an online order platform and customer rewards program. We love and appreciate that their Baklava is free from preservatives and that they use quality, pure, natural ingredients. It is both a blessing and a temptation that they are close to home. “Friends of mine know how much I LOVE Baklava. While at their son's hockey match, they found a store that makes homemade Baklava bars - not those tiny bitesize squares. They brought me a piece and it was THE best I have had in years. Since I was in that area , I had time to go visit. They have 3 or 4 classic bars and then weekly creations. I had to have the classic and the Hazelnut. It is all family run and I'll tell you it is amazing. Best in area”

Let me say this, I have never had Baklava in my life and came known about Yia Yias Baklava from a good friend of mine and I ordered three 6 count trays. I cannot believe I have never had these before. They are incredibly flaky and so delicious. My favorite was Lemon out of these 3 but that’s me splitting hairs. These are an absolute must have! Especially through holidays. Wow!”
